Normal people get freaked out when they read CBS News telling them that on September 10, 2001, Donald Rumsfeld announced that $2.3 trillion dollars were missing from the Pentagon, and nobody gets investigated or fired or court-marshalled or imprisoned. Just type into Google, "trillions missing from Pentagon," you'll get hundreds of links. If you think that is incompetence and not open criminality, you are insane.
